SECTION 3 – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have entered production.
Minor variations in print placement, garment texture, sizing, color, or appearance are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.
Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Exotics Vancouver is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

Exotics Vancouver is an independent automotive lifestyle brand.

All vehicle manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
